1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how all users may use Haven's platform, services, and community features. It applies alongside Haven's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use Haven to:

• Create and manage a Haven account for legitimate personal or professional use
• Enrol in and complete courses on Haven's Academy
• Commission work from Haven's services team
• Create and publish courses as an approved instructor
• Enter into partnership arrangements with Haven
• Participate in Haven's community section
• Access and use Haven's platform features for their intended purpose

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Haven to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Haven's systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Haven without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt Haven's platform, servers, or networks
• Use Haven to send unsolicited communications (spam)
• Collect or harvest other users' personal data without consent
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Circumvent Haven's security measures or access controls
• Use Haven for any purpose that competes with Haven's business
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of Haven's platform
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or restriction
• Use automated tools to interact with Haven's platform without permission

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to Haven must:

• Be accurate and not misleading
• Not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not contain illegal, harmful, hateful, or offensive material
• Comply with Haven's Community Guidelines
• Be original or properly licensed

5. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Content removal without notice
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Legal action where applicable
• Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities
