Everything you need to know before you start.
Here is exactly what happens from the moment you reach out to Haven to the moment your project is delivered. No surprises. No confusion. Just a clear, honest process.
Eight steps from first contact to final delivery.
You reach out to Haven
The first step is starting a conversation. You can do this in two ways — book a free 30-minute discovery call through Haven's consultation page, or go straight to the quote request form and submit your project brief. Either way Haven's team will be in touch within 24 hours.
Haven reviews your brief
Haven's team reviews your project brief, asks any clarifying questions, and scopes the work. If a discovery call was booked this is where Haven listens to your goals, asks the right questions, and identifies the best approach before committing to a quote.
This step typically takes less than 24 hours.
Haven sends you a quote
Haven sends a detailed project quote to your client dashboard within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your brief. The quote includes a clear breakdown of what Haven will deliver, the timeline, the cost, and what is expected from you as the client during the project.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
You accept and sign the agreement
Once you are happy with the quote you accept it through your client dashboard. Haven then sends a project agreement for you to sign digitally. The agreement covers the scope of work, timeline, payment terms, revision policy, and Haven's satisfaction guarantee.
Work does not begin until the agreement is signed and payment is received.
Haven kicks off the project
With the agreement signed and payment confirmed Haven assigns the right team to your project and work begins. You will receive a project kickoff message through your client dashboard with a clear breakdown of what happens next, what Haven needs from you, and when to expect the first update.
Haven delivers the first draft
Haven delivers the first version of the work through your client dashboard by the agreed milestone date. Everything is reviewed internally by Haven's team before submission to make sure it meets the agreed brief before it reaches you.
You have 14 days to review the first draft and submit feedback.
You review and request revisions
You review the work and submit your feedback through your client dashboard. Haven includes up to 3 rounds of revisions in every project at no extra cost. Revision requests must be specific and tied to the original agreed brief — Haven's revision policy is clear about what counts as a revision versus a new scope request.
Requests that fall outside the original agreed scope are quoted separately.
Final delivery and handover
Once the work is approved Haven delivers the final files, assets, or live project through your client dashboard. Final payment is collected at this stage if a payment schedule was agreed. Haven sends a project summary and remains available for post-project questions for 30 days.
Haven appreciates a review on your client profile after project completion.

What Haven promises throughout.
Clear communication
Haven keeps you updated at every stage. No disappearing acts. No one-word replies. If something changes you will know about it immediately.
On-time delivery
Haven commits to a delivery date and sticks to it. If Haven is late through its own fault a 10% discount is applied automatically per week of delay.
Quality before submission
Every deliverable is reviewed internally by Haven's team before it reaches you. You will never receive work that has not been checked against the brief.
Full satisfaction guarantee
If the work does not meet the agreed brief after 3 revision rounds Haven issues a partial or full refund. No arguments. No runaround.
Questions about working with Haven.
Do I need to create an account to work with Haven?
Yes. You need a Haven account with the client role to request quotes and manage your project through the client dashboard. Creating an account is free and takes less than two minutes.
What information do I need to submit a project brief?
The more detail the better. Haven needs to understand what you want built or created, who it is for, what the goal is, any examples or references you like, your timeline, and your budget range. Haven will ask clarifying questions if anything is unclear.
Can I speak to someone before submitting a brief?
Yes. Book a free 30-minute discovery call through Haven's consultation page. Haven's team will talk through your project, answer your questions, and help you put together a strong brief before you submit.
What happens if I need more than 3 rounds of revisions?
Additional revision rounds beyond the 3 included in every project can be purchased at an agreed hourly or fixed rate. Haven will quote you for any additional revision work before proceeding.
Can I cancel a project after it has started?
Yes, but the cancellation policy depends on how far the project has progressed. Projects where work has not yet started are eligible for a full refund. Projects more than 50% complete at the time of cancellation are not eligible for a refund on the completed portion. The full policy is covered in your project agreement.
Does Haven sign NDAs?
Yes. If your project requires confidentiality Haven is happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before work begins. Request this when submitting your project brief or during your discovery call.
Ready to get started?
