You can use Haven for free and pay full price for any service you request. There is also an optional paid tier that gives you a discount on services and priority handling on your requests.

It renews. You can choose to be billed monthly or yearly, whichever works better for you.
Yes, anytime. The switch takes effect at your next renewal, not in the middle of your current billing period.
Yes. If you cancel early, within your first billing period, a small early-cancellation fee applies. After that, you can cancel anytime with no fee.
Haven uses Paystack and Stripe, so any payment method either of those support, you can use.
The work continues only as far as what you have already paid for. If you want it to continue after cancelling, you would pay the full, non-discounted price for whatever is left.
If you cancel before using any of that new period, yes, you will be refunded normally. If you have already used part of it, you will not be refunded for the days already used, but you also will not be charged again going forward.
Yes, anytime. Upgrading unlocks the discount and priority handling immediately for any new request. Downgrading takes you back to standard pricing going forward.
Yes. The free tier gives you full access to request any service, you just pay full price and do not get priority handling.
No. If you are already subscribed, you keep your current price for as long as you stay subscribed without a break. Price changes only apply to new subscribers or to anyone resubscribing after cancelling.
You will get a short grace period to fix your payment method before anything changes. If the payment still has not gone through after that, your subscription pauses and you move to the free tier until you resubscribe.
Priority requests are handled faster than standard requests, ahead of the regular queue. We do not publish an exact time difference, since it can vary depending on the type of request.
This depends on how you pay. Nigerian cards through Paystack are charged in Naira, and international payments through Stripe are charged in your local currency.
The discount applies based on your subscription status when the work actually begins, not when you made the request. If you have downgraded by then, you can either pay the difference to keep the discount, or continue at standard pricing.
