No. Anyone can request a service, get a quote, and pay for it without subscribing. A subscription adds a discount on every quote, plus extra support and access, on top of that.
Yearly billing costs less overall than paying monthly. Every other plan benefit, discount, revisions, support, stays exactly the same either way.
Upgrades apply immediately, and the difference is calculated fairly based on what's left in the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, with no refund for the current one.
Yes, with no cancellation fees. Plan benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period, then simply stop.
There's a short grace period to update payment details before plan benefits are paused. Nothing is cancelled immediately.
