Is there a cost to become a Haven partner?
The Basic tier is completely free. There is no application fee and no monthly cost for Basic partners. Plus and Pro tiers are paid monthly and unlock progressively more features, visibility, and access.
What types of companies can become Haven partners?
Haven's partner programme is open to companies of all sizes and industries globally. Technology companies, design agencies, marketing firms, financial institutions, NGOs, and educational organisations have all partnered with Haven. If your organisation has something to offer Haven's community, Haven wants to hear from you.
How long does the application review take?
Haven reviews all partner applications within 48 hours. You will receive an email with Haven's decision. If approved your partner profile goes live immediately.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade your tier at any time from your partner dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no penalties for changing tiers.
What is the difference between sponsoring and investing?
Sponsoring is a marketing and brand investment — you fund Haven programmes, events, or scholarships in exchange for visibility and access to Haven's audience. Investing is a financial stake in Haven's growth — you provide capital in exchange for equity or revenue share. Both are available through Haven's partner programme.
