Common questions.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Plus or Pro at any time from your partner dashboard. Downgrading is also possible at the end of your billing period.
Is Basic really free forever?
Yes. Haven Basic is free with no time limit and no credit card required. You only pay when you choose to upgrade to Plus or Pro.
What happens to my content if I downgrade?
If you downgrade from Pro or Plus to a lower tier your content is not deleted. Job listings beyond your new tier's limit are paused until you upgrade again or remove the excess listings.
How does the yearly billing work?
Yearly billing charges you for 10 months and gives you 2 months free. Plus yearly is $190 instead of $228. Pro yearly is $490 instead of $588. You are billed once per year.
What currency are partner plans billed in?
Partner plans are priced in USD. Haven automatically converts the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate when you check out. Nigerian partners pay in Naira via Paystack. International partners pay via Stripe.
What does a dedicated account manager actually do?
Pro partners are assigned a specific Haven team member who handles their requests personally. They help with onboarding, answer questions, assist with job listings and courses, and escalate issues on your behalf. You have a direct contact at Haven, not a support ticket queue.
