1. Overview

Haven respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. If you are a copyright owner or authorised representative and believe your work has been used on Haven without authorisation, this policy explains how to submit a formal infringement report.

2. How to Report Infringement

To report copyright infringement, send a written notice to support@youfoundhaven.com including:

• Your full name and contact details including email address and phone number
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
• The URL or specific location on Haven where the infringing content can be found
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

3. Haven's Response

Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, Haven will:

• Review the notice within 5 business days
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content where the notice appears valid
• Notify the user who uploaded the content that it has been removed
• Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notice

4. Counter-Notice Process

If a user believes their content was removed incorrectly, they may submit a counter-notice to support@youfoundhaven.com including:

• Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• The user's full name, address, and contact details
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Haven will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant informs Haven of legal action.

5. Repeat Infringers

Haven will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
