Loyalty & Rewards Program Terms Haven International Limited

1. Overview

Haven's loyalty points system rewards users for engaging with the platform. Users earn points for completing courses, posting in the community, referring others, and other qualifying activities. These terms govern the points system.

2. Earning Points

Points can be earned through the following activities (specific point values are displayed in your Haven account dashboard):

• Completing a course or course module
• Leaving a verified course review
• Participating in the community section
• Referring new users to Haven through the referral program
• Achieving leaderboard milestones
• Other qualifying activities as announced by Haven

3. Using Points

Points earned on Haven can be:

• Redeemed toward course purchases on Haven
• Withdrawn as cash to your bank account or Haven wallet (subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds)
• Used to unlock premium features where applicable

4. Points Expiry

Haven points do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, Haven reserves the right to expire any accumulated points with 30 days notice.

5. Points Have No Cash Value Until Redeemed

Points have no cash value until redeemed. Haven reserves the right to adjust point values, earning rates, and redemption rates at any time with 30 days notice to active participants.

6. Points on Account Termination

If your account is terminated for violating Haven's policies, any accumulated points are forfeited. Points are not transferable to another account.
