Minor's Privacy Policy Haven International Limited

1. Overview

Haven allows users aged 13 and above to create accounts. This policy explains the additional protections Haven puts in place for users under 18, in line with the updated COPPA 2026 rules and global best practices for protecting younger users online.

2. Minimum Age

Haven's minimum age is 13. Users under 13 may not create a Haven account. If Haven discovers a user under 13 has created an account, Haven will delete the account and all associated data immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has created a Haven account, contact privacy@youfoundhaven.com immediately.

3. Protections for Users Under 18

For users aged 13 to 17, Haven applies the following additional protections:

• Haven does not use personal data from users under 18 for behavioural advertising
• Haven does not share data from users under 18 with advertising platforms for targeting purposes
• Haven collects only the minimum data necessary from users under 18
• Haven does not collect precise location data from users under 18
• Haven does not allow users under 18 to make their profile publicly visible without parental consent

4. COPPA 2026 Compliance

The updated Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA 2026), effective April 22, 2026, applies to Haven's collection of personal data from users under 13 in the United States. Haven complies fully with COPPA 2026 requirements. See the Data Protection Compliance page for full details.

5. Parental Rights

Parents and guardians of users under 18 may:

• Request access to their child's Haven account data
• Request deletion of their child's Haven account and all associated data
• Request that Haven stop collecting data from their child's account

To exercise these rights, email privacy@youfoundhaven.com with proof of your relationship to the minor.
