1. Overview

Haven's leaderboard and points system encourages engagement and rewards active learners. This policy explains how the system works and what the rules are.

2. How Points Work

Points are earned through qualifying activities on Haven's platform. Points contribute to your leaderboard ranking and can be redeemed as described in the Loyalty and Rewards Program Terms.

Point values for each activity are displayed in your Haven account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

3. The Leaderboard

Haven's leaderboard ranks users based on their accumulated points. The leaderboard:

• Updates in real time as points are earned
• Shows top learners across Haven's Academy
• May be scoped to specific courses, time periods, or platform-wide
• Is visible to all Haven users

4. Fair Use of the Points System

The points system is designed to reward genuine engagement. The following are prohibited:

• Gaming the system to earn points without genuine engagement (e.g. rapidly clicking through course content without watching it)
• Using automated tools to earn points
• Colluding with other users to artificially inflate points
• Any other attempt to manipulate the leaderboard or points system

Haven monitors the points system for abuse and reserves the right to remove points, reset rankings, or terminate accounts where abuse is detected.

5. Changes to the Points System

Haven may adjust point values, earning criteria, and leaderboard mechanics at any time with 30 days notice to active participants. Changes will not affect points already earned before the change takes effect.
