1. Overview

This page outlines Haven International Limited's standard confidentiality position for client engagements. For client projects that require a formal signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Haven will provide one on request. Contact hello@youfoundhaven.com to request a signed NDA.

2. Haven's Confidentiality Commitment

By default, Haven treats all client project information as confidential. Haven will not:

• Share client project details, briefs, or deliverables with third parties without the client's written consent
• Use client project information for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services
• Discuss client projects publicly without the client's explicit permission

3. Client Confidentiality Obligations

Clients who receive confidential information from Haven — including Haven's proprietary processes, pricing structures, or unreleased platform information — agree to:

• Keep that information confidential
• Not share it with third parties without Haven's written consent
• Use it only for the purpose for which it was shared

4. Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party
• Was already known to the receiving party before disclosure
• Is independently developed by the receiving party without reference to the confidential information
• Is required to be disclosed by law or court order

5. Portfolio Rights

Unless a client specifically requests confidentiality, Haven reserves the right to include completed work in its portfolio. See the Portfolio Rights policy for full details.

6. Requesting a Formal NDA

Clients who require a formal signed NDA for their project should contact Haven at hello@youfoundhaven.com before work commences. Haven will provide a signed NDA within 5 business days.
