Onboarding Terms Haven International Limited

1. Overview

These Onboarding Terms explain what you agree to when you first create a Haven account and set up your profile. They supplement Haven's Terms of Service and apply to all new Haven users.

2. Account Creation

When you create a Haven account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your real name, email address, and phone number
• Keep your account information up to date
• Not create an account if you are under 13 years old
• Not create an account if a previous Haven account of yours was terminated for policy violations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Role Selection

During onboarding, you will select your primary role on Haven. You may choose from:

• Client — to commission services through Haven
• Student — to learn through Haven's Academy
• Instructor — to teach on Haven's Academy (requires additional application and approval)
• Partner — to partner with Haven (requires a formal partnership agreement)

You may add additional roles to your account at any time. Each role has specific terms that apply in addition to Haven's general Terms of Service.

4. Profile Setup

You are encouraged to complete your Haven profile with accurate information about yourself. Profile information is used to personalise your experience and, for instructors, to build credibility with students. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.

5. Agreement to Haven's Policies

By completing the onboarding process, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to Haven's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
