Refund & Cancellation Policy Haven International Limited

1. Overview

This policy provides an overview of refund and cancellation terms across all of Haven's services. For course-specific refunds, see the Course Refund Policy. For subscription cancellations, see the Subscription and Membership Policy.

2. Course Refunds

Students may request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a course, provided they have watched less than 30% of the course content. Refund requests must be submitted to support@youfoundhaven.com. See the Course Refund Policy for full details.

3. Service Refunds

For services commissioned through Haven:

• Full refund: Available if work has not yet started
• Partial refund: Available if work has started but is not yet complete, based on the proportion of work completed
• No refund: Generally not available after work has been completed and delivered, unless Haven determines the work did not meet the agreed brief

Refund requests for services must be submitted to support@youfoundhaven.com within 14 days of delivery.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period. See the Subscription and Membership Policy for full details.

5. Payment Disputes

If a payment is disputed, Haven freezes the payment while investigating. Haven will review evidence from both parties and make a decision. See the Dispute Resolution Policy for the full process.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
