- A specific level of income or earnings from the Earn as You Learn programme
- Business growth or success from using Haven's services
- Specific skill acquisition or professional competency from any course
- Partnership outcomes or business results from partnering with Haven
Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and many factors outside Haven's control. Any testimonials, case studies, or success stories shared on Haven represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results for other users.

Haven acts as the primary service provider for client projects and coordinates delivery through its team. Haven is not responsible for outcomes affected by factors outside its reasonable control including incomplete briefs, delayed client feedback, or third-party dependencies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haven International Limited, its directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Haven's platform or services.
Where Haven is found to be liable, its maximum liability is limited to the total amount you paid to Haven in the 12 months preceding the claim. See the Terms of Service for full details on Haven's limitation of liability.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Disclaimer shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Policy.
