Student Agreement Haven International Limited

1. Overview

This Student Agreement applies to all users who enrol in courses on Haven's Academy. It supplements Haven's Terms of Service and governs the student-specific aspects of your use of Haven.

2. Course Enrolment

When you enrol in a course on Haven's Academy, you receive personal, non-transferable access to that course for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Course access is for your personal educational use only and may not be shared with others.

3. Student Conduct

As a student on Haven, you agree to:

• Engage with course content honestly and for genuine educational purposes
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute course content in any form
• Not cheat on assessments or submit work that is not your own
• Treat instructors and other students with respect in all platform interactions
• Provide honest and constructive course reviews based on your genuine experience
• Not incentivise or be incentivised to leave a particular review

4. Refunds

Students may request a full refund within 30 days of purchasing a course, provided they have watched less than 30% of the course content. See the Course Refund Policy for full details.

5. Certificates

Students who complete a course and meet all requirements will receive a Haven certificate. Certificates confirm course completion and are governed by the Certificate and Credential Policy.

6. Earn as You Learn

Eligible students may participate in Haven's Earn as You Learn programme, which rewards genuine learning activity with Haven credits. The programme is governed by the Earnings and Payouts Policy and Loyalty and Rewards Program Terms.
